Thank you for visiting my website. Let me tell you a bit about myself. As a co-owner/broker of Area Homes Realty I have a diverse background relative to the real estate market. My experiences include real estate appraising, mortgage loan origination, being a long time landlord, as well as a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker.
As an owner/broker of Area Homes Realty and as a member of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors I work under a strong code of ethics and integrity. I work hard for my clients as they receive the professionalism they expect from a real estate professional and nothing less.
As a Boston native for my entire life I do have a strong understanding of the Greater Boston Area and many of the neighborhoods within. My educational background includes an undergraduate degree from the School of Management at Boston College . Also, as a son of a broker you can say real estate is somewhat in my blood.
Buying or selling a home can create some pitfalls if you are not prepared. By working with me you will be prepared and assured of the job being done right the first time.
